Bio Ruby Dobbs grew up in a food-loving family in the diverse culinary scene of Oakland, California. After working in restaurants along the California coast, Ruby ultimately settled in Santa Barbara and transitioned to private chef work, fostering a deeper connection with the community and its farmers’ markets, fresh seafood, and local food culture. As a Certified Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, she now manages meal delivery for families, cooks for wellness retreats, and curates thoughtfully sourced, nourishing meals.
