Bio Emma Schmall grew up cooking alongside her Italian grandmother, sparking her love for Mediterranean flavors and seasonal ingredients. After attending the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, she honed her skills in LA kitchens’ Botanica and Eszett. In later transitioning to private chef work, she discovered a passion for curating intimate dining experiences and crafting thoughtful, ingredient-driven meals for her clients.
