Bio Diane Lee and Jeremy Phan are a coffee-focused couple dedicated to delivering thoughtfully crafted specialty coffee experiences. Leaving behind a career in data analytics to pursue something more hands-on, Jeremy started as a barista at LA’s Kumquat Coffee and trained rigorously in coffee extraction, milk steaming, and espresso dialling, before taking on a leadership role. Similarly, Diane segwayed from Academia to craft coffee, eventually honing her skills at Tartine Bakery and Kumquat where she mastered espresso and pour-overs. Together, they combine expertise and creativity to offer premium, approachable specialty coffee.
