To reschedule an event, we require at least 7 days' notice. If you need to cancel your event, we offer a refund based on the terms outlined in our agreement, typically excluding any non-refundable deposits or service fees. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with any necessary changes.

Our ingredients are wild-caught, cage-free, and grass-fed, ensuring both quality and ethical sourcing. We shop at local farmers' markets and premier grocery stores to select only the best for your event. In addition, we proudly partner with Darby’s Farm(aKa Farmer Chris), located in Carpinteria, to provide seasonal, farm-fresh vegetables. Through Good Company, we also offer a Farm Box program, which allows us to bring the freshest, locally grown produce directly to your home from Farmer Chris’s farm.

For a smooth event experience, we ask that the venue provides:
- A clean and clear kitchen space
- Access to the kitchen up to 2 hours before and after the event
- Reasonable parking for unloading equipment and supplies
- Standard kitchen equipment, such as a sink, fridge, stove, and oven These requirements help us ensure that your event is executed efficiently and without any hitches.
Yes, we do! We work exclusively with a trusted rental partner to provide all the necessary equipment for your event. Whether it's tables, chairs, or glassware, we can negotiate the best prices and ensure everything is arranged seamlessly. We also offer our own bar for rent, adding a special touch to your event.
Our pricing includes all the necessary components to create a successful event. This covers:
- The hours spent on planning, preparation, and staffing
- Onsite hours for the event
- Ingredients and food costs
- Rental negotiations and fees
- Cleanup after the event
- Our Good Company service fee
- Required sales tax Please note that gratuity is not included in the price, but is greatly appreciated!
We recommend a gratuity of 20% of the onsite cost, which is standard in the industry. This ensures that our team is recognized for their hard work and dedication to making your event a success.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to booking your event with us:
- Browse talent – Explore our curated list of professionals available for your event.
- Fill out the event request form – Provide us with the details of your event and select your preferred team
- Speak with Malekae or Alec – We’ll review the event details with you and ensure we understand your vision.
- Receive and approve the proposal – We’ll send you a customized proposal, including a menu and pricing for your approval.
- Make a 50% deposit – To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of approval.
- Enjoy your event – Let us take care of the details while you enjoy your gathering!
- Pay the remaining balance – The balance is due upon completion of the event.
- Tip your staff and leave a review – We always appreciate gratuity for our staff and a review to share your experience with others.
Good Company is proud to serve Southern California, including areas such as Santa Barbara, Ojai, Ventura, Los Angeles, and Orange County. Our talented team may also be willing to travel to other locations, depending on the size and scope of your event. Just ask, and we’ll be happy to discuss options with you.
Our service fee includes all planning, preparation, staffing, and logistics provided by Good Company. We may also have additional fees if travel is required for events outside our primary service area.
At this time, we only provide food and beverage planning for your event. However, we can refer you to trusted event planners, florists, and other specialists who can help with other aspects of your event, such as décor, floral arrangements, and more.
