If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with any necessary changes. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a 50% refund of any deposit paid. For cancellations less than 7 days before the event, no refunds will be issued on the deposit. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you need to reschedule, we will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and, at our discretion, may offer to credit your deposit toward a future event. If Good Company needs to cancel the event for any reason, we will refund your full deposit.
